We're heading to the far east, Silverlake, to Cru. It's vegan, has many raw options, and is absolutely delicious. I'm not the raw type, but I've sampled a few raw things and they were good! I stick to the cooked side of the menu, and it's amazing. Cru isn't super expensive, but neither is it cheap. The venue is small, and popular, so I'm choosing an off night and a small group size for the first group try. And make sure you check out the sink in their bathroom; it's as interesting as the food.
