Room for rent in beautiful vegetarian house! With garden, dog, nice kitchen, and less than a mile from the beach (in Venice)!

Hey everyone -
I'm looking to find someone to rent the second bedroom in my house; I can't justify the expense of living alone any more. :( It's an amazing place, I feel lucky to be renting it. Nicely furnished, great garden/patio, sweet fluffy dog, well appointed kitchen, and just a short walk to Venice beach.
Applicant must be same, sensible, responsible, reliable, non-smoker, drug free, and a dog lover. You must be (or have been) willing to risk your life to save a dog (should that situation arise). The place really is amazing, but with only one bathroom, we will not remain entirely strangers. It is important we get along. I'd be partial to people looking for a short to medium term stay (1-3+ months), as this is a bit of an experiment for me, and I may crave my solitude down the road.
Your share of rent is as yet undetermined, since it may depend on how much of the space you wish to share; it will presumably be at/under $1,000.
