Hi All!
Dear Jim, thanks for organizing this group. I have a suggestion that I would find tremendously helpful and others may too. If the restaurants/meeting places were posted in the calendar a few weeks ahead of time, it would be much easier to rsvp in advance. I think this might boost the group attendance too. I know I am not apt to say yes to a unknown restaurant, especially when no others have yet rsvp'd. And by Wednesday or Thursday, I already have plans for Friday or Saturday night of that week. |
